Bureau of Administration

The Bureau of Administration at the Seat Pleasant Police Department (SPPD). This bureau plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the department. It encompasses a variety of essential functions, including the administrative staff who manage day-to-day operations, the Automated Enforcement Program that enhances road safety through speed and red light enforcement, and the Property and Evidence Unit responsible for the secure storage and management of evidence. Each of these components works together to support the overall mission of the SPPD, ensuring that our officers have the resources and support they need to serve the community effectively.

In addition to these functions, the Bureau of Administration also oversees Fleet Services, which maintains and manages the department's vehicles, ensuring they are always ready for duty. The Office of Professional Responsibility is another key component tasked with upholding the highest standards of conduct and accountability within the department. This office handles internal investigations and ensures compliance with policies and procedures, reinforcing our commitment to transparency and integrity. Together, the diverse units within the Bureau of Administration contribute to the overall effectiveness and professionalism of the Seat Pleasant Police Department, helping us to better serve and protect our community.
