Seat Pleasant is governed by a Mayor and City Council who are elected by the people of the City.

City Manager

The City of Seat Pleasant will be a model for other communities by engaging in projects and activities that enable its citizenry to become advocates for themselves and their neighbors by providing a network of information of available resources which supports their needs that includes but is not limited to, financial management, academic, health, and transportation support systems, as well as federal, county, state, and local assets in place that can help them to thrive.
